15 years of professional pet industry experience

My journey in the pet world isn't just a hobby. Over the past fifteen years, I have built a rewarding career in the global pet care industry, collaborating directly with some of the world's leading pet brands and major retailers.

When I’m not working in the pet industry or out walking my own dog, I’m sharing my experience through The Pet Edit. You could say it’s my ultimate ‘pet project’.

Pet products that balance style and function

As a dog and cat owner living in New Zealand, I know first-hand how challenging it can be to find pet accessories that are practical, well made and look good in a contemporary home. I wanted thoughtfully designed, high-quality products that were a good fit for everyday life with my pets.

That search inspired me to start The Pet Edit: a place to curate design-focused pet content, share practical pet-care guides, and spotlight high-quality dog gear and modern cat products that I genuinely love and trust.

The Pet Edit also celebrates the creativity of artists, photographers and makers from New Zealand and around the world, from pet portraits to bespoke handmade pieces. You’ll also find inspiration for pet-friendly travel and exploring New Zealand’s great outdoors with your pets.
